Hey guys, I'm so excited to offer my first iRest® Meditation course coming up in October! iRest Meditation is a secular practice adapted to modern day living. Admit it, we all live with some level of stress everyday, perhaps now more so than ever. Some stresses may appear obvious, such as financial worries, 'homeschooling' kids during physical isolation, stressful/demanding jobs, and so on. Other stresses may be caused by more deeply rooted beliefs/experiences as a result of our upbringing and conditioning. No matter where or how stress is manifesting in your life, I know it is not a pleasant experience, and it can cause much suffering.
What if I could show you an effective way to deal with your stress, anxiety, pain, or sleep troubles? I'll be offering an 8-week iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation Course starting in October. In this course, you will learn to view your stress or problems in a new light; I will take you through the 10-steps of the iRest protocol where you will gain first-hand experience of the benefits of this practice; and I will teach you stress management tools that you can take with you into your daily life.
