Cancellation Policy

To reschedule your session, I kindly ask you email me at least 24 hours in advance. For single session bookings, notification by email regarding cancellation of your appointment must be done at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund less a 5% administrative fee. Session Packages are valid for 6 months. There are no refunds or reimbursement for sessions not used. Monthly Membership Plans include 4 sessions per month. Please email me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to reschedule your session for the SAME WEEK. No makeup sessions for sessions missed in the week. Thank you.
