Service Description

In this call, we will aim to record a 30-min interview but we will have a little bit of time before the recording to get organized and/or afterwards if you have any questions. ** Please contact me if you are unable to find a suitable time. I will do my best to accommodate you if you are in a different time zone. **

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule your drop-in class or private session, I kindly ask you contact me at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund on your drop-in class or private session, minus a 5% processing fee. Full cost of the drop-in class or private session will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. For cancellation of courses, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of the first class to receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancelling less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the course, will result in a 75% refund of the course fee, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start of the course will result in a 50% refund of the course fee, minus a 5% processing fee. Once the course has begun, there will be no refund or make-up classes for classes missed in the course. Thank you.
