De-Stress & Restore Drop-in Classes

This is part of a 6-week series but each class can be taken separately. In this course, I will show you how to identify and address the stresses in your life and help you to transform your relationship with stress; challenging circumstances; difficult people; and the relationship with yourself. Every week I will show you simple tools and meditation practices (based in the teachings of Integrative Restoration), which you could bring into your daily life to enhance your inner peace and well-being, while increasing your resilience to stress. Here is an outline of what you will learn in the 6-week series: Week 1 (Mar 14) - What is stress? How does stress impact our health? Learn how to set meaningful intentions for change. Week 2 (Mar 21) - Learn how to increase your resilience to stress and discover your sacred space of inner peace, safety & strength within. Week 3 (Mar 28) - Understand why it is important to get in touch with your physical body and your breath. Understand the signals and cues that are communicated via our physical body and breath that are essential in preventing dis-ease in our mind and body. Rebuild the bridge between body and mind and learn simple tools for deep, whole body relaxation. Week 4 (Apr 11) - Instead of feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, learn to embrace and feel at ease with all emotions that arise. Learn how to stand in your power and feel at peace even as you deal with the challenging emotions of life. Week 5 (Apr 18) - Identify conditioned thoughts & beliefs you have been carrying with you up until this very moment. Understand how they may be holding you back from living your best life. Gain tools to help yourself get out of a rut. Week 6 (Apr 25) - Many think that Joy is dependent on our circumstance and that it is only a transient feeling. Many mistaken Joy for Desires and Achievements. What if I were to tell you that Joy is your birthright and that Joy is unchanging? To reschedule your drop-in class or private session, I kindly ask you contact me at least 24 hours in advance. For cancellations, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund on your drop-in class or private session, minus a 5% processing fee. Full cost of the drop-in class or private session will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time. For cancellation of courses, please contact me at least 48 hours prior to the beginning of the first class to receive a full refund, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancelling less than 48 hours and more than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the course, will result in a 75% refund of the course fee, minus a 5% processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start of the course will result in a 50% refund of the course fee, minus a 5% processing fee. Once the course has begun, there will be no refund or make-up classes for classes missed in the course. Thank you.
