Join us for a weekly gathering where we come together as a community to learn and explore the teachings and practice of Integrative Restoration (iRest®) Yoga Nidra Meditation.
Yoga Nidra is a powerful meditation technique based in ancient Indian traditions. It is one of the easiest Yoga practices to learn and maintain. This method takes you through different layers of inquiry of self as your body and mind remain in a deep state of relaxation.
The teachings of iRest® Yoga Nidra is deep and profound and forms an important foundation and philosophy of how to live life to the fullest while staying grounded in peace, love and compassion.
Each 75-min session includes:
An introduction to the theme of the week
A guided iRest Meditation
Open discussion to share experiences, connect and ask questions
These weekly sanghas are opened to everyone and no meditation experience is necessary. Sessions are donation-based - you pay what you can, all are welcome no matter your financial status.
