iRest Group Meditations

A weekly meeting place to gather with kindred souls.

iRest® meditation is simple to learn and easy to practice. It can be practiced by anyone, regardless of physical ability or experience with meditation. Once learned, iRest becomes a set of invaluable tools for life.​

Each 75-min session includes:

  • A short orientation to the meditation & introduction to relevant iRest teaching/philosophy

  • Guided iRest Meditation practice

  • Opportunity to share experiences and connect with the community

  • Opportunity for discussion and to ask questions

  • Sign up to become a member of the Dora Chan Yoga (DCY) Community, stay up to date with the latest news, connect with me and other members online for on-going support on your personal, health, and/or spiritual journey
