We deal with stress every single day. Sometimes certain challenges feel bigger than others. Other times, the small stressors could add up quickly and we may feel helpless in our circumstance. Either way, we could end up feeling overwhelmed with our situations and emotions. 

Managing stress and the emotions that come with it is a main concern for many people. In this 6-week series I will show you how to identify and address the stressors in your life and help you to transform your relationship with stress; challenging circumstances; difficult people; and the relationship with yourself.


Every week I will show you simple tools and meditation practices (based in the teachings of Integrative Restoration), which you could bring into your daily life to enhance your inner peace and well-being, while increasing your resilience to stress.

Integrative Restoration (iRest®) is an evidence-based method, which has been effectively used for:

  • Reducing stress and anxiety

  • Managing chronic pain

  • Improving sleep

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

  • Depression

  • Addiction

Here is an outline of what you will learn in the 6-week series:

Week 1 - What is stress? How does stress impact our health? Learn how to set meaningful intentions for change.

Week 2 - Learn how to increase your resilience to stress and discover your sacred space of inner peace, safety & strength within.

Week 3  - Understand why it is important to get in touch with your physical body and your breath. Understand the signals and cues that are communicated via our physical body and breath that are essential in preventing dis-ease in our mind and body. Rebuild the bridge between body and mind and learn simple tools for deep, whole body relaxation.

Week 4 - Instead of feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, learn to embrace and feel at ease with all emotions that arise. Learn how to stand in your power and feel at peace even as you deal with the challenging emotions of life.

Week 5 - Identify conditioned thoughts & beliefs you have been carrying with you up until this very moment. Understand how they may be holding you back from living your best life. Gain tools to help yourself get out of a rut.

Week 6 - Many think that Joy is dependent on our circumstance and that it is only a transient feeling. Many mistaken Joy for Desires and Achievements. What if I were to tell you that Joy is your birthright and that Joy is unchanging? Learn more about how you can tap into the absolute Joy that already resides within you. 

Each 75-min session includes:

  • A teaching component in the form of a presentation relevant to the topic of the week

  • An experiential component - guided iRest practice

  • Group discussion and Q&A

  • Opportunity to share experiences and connect with a loving and non-judgemental community

You will gain invaluable tools to support you through your health and personal journeys. You will learn how to turn your stress into peace and relaxation by transforming your mindset, attitude and understanding of life.

This course is for anyone who is looking to learn an effective way to manage their stress & anxiety; learn how to cultivate an inner unshakable peace; become more resilient to stress; and to find my clarity in their purpose and direction in life. 

About Me

Hi, I'm Dora! I'm a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Yoga & Level 2 Integrative Restoration (iRest®) teacher, Reiki Master and former medical scientist (PhD in Immunology). 


I have lived most of my life under tremendous stress, at least that was how I had perceived it. I had more anxiety than anyone I knew, and it was accompanied by frequent panic attacks, sleep problems, and a whole host of stress-related symptoms and health conditions.


iRest has been life-changing for me! It opened up my mind and taught me to view and understand stress and my emotions in a whole new light. Through my iRest practice, I have found an unshakable peace within myself that I had never thought possible. Now, I am excited to share this powerful practice with you all.
